Committee Meeting held Monday October 27th 1890

Present		Messrs Barclay (in the chair), Wilson, Fleming, Jackson, Currier,
		Williams, Clayton, Coates, Ramsay, Howarth, Brooks, Stockton,
		Dr. Baxter and the Secretary.

Minutes		of last meeting were read & confirmed.

Advertising	Resolved that the Secretary meet Mr. R. A. Jackson & arrange
		definitely the positions for Bill posting & report the same
		to a subsequent meeting of the Committee.

Renton Fixtures	Resolved that owing to the suspension of Renton, the Sec
		write cancelling their fixtures with us on Easter Monday.

League Meeting	Resolved that the Secretary attend on Friday next.

D Kirkwood	Resolved that a letter of condolence be sent to the player
		in his bereavement at home & to ask him to come back for
		Saturday next if convenient.

Boots		Resolved that Messrs Jones, who supplied boots to the players
		be requested to attend before the next Committee Meeting re
		his account.

Large Covd. Stand Resolved that the Ground Committee be instructed to 
		get the Roof of Large Covd Stand made water proof.

League team  v	Notts County- Angus, Hannah, Doyle, McLean, Holt, Parry, Latta,
			Brady, Geary, Chadwick & Milward with Kirkwood 
			and Campbell as Reserves. Messrs Barclay & Howarth
			to go as representatives of Committee.
Everton team v	Earlestown- Smalley, Dobson, Creswell, Martin, R. Jones, W. Jones,
			Gordon, McGregor, Robertson, McMillan & Elliott.

EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
