		Present Messrs Ramsay, Wills, Richards, Fleming
		& Nisbet.
		Secretary reported that Everton beat Burnley at Everton
		by 2 goals to one. Team Smalley, Dick, Dobson,
		Higgins, Gibson, Jones, Farmer, Briscoe, Costley,
		Eyton Jones & Fleming. Referee Mr McQuilliam (Bolton).
		"Reserve" team drew with Southport at Southport
		one goal each. Team Jolliffe, Houldsworth, James,
		Parry, Woods, Fayer, Falls, Douglas, Gaskell,
		Charteris, Houldsworth.
		Team v Notts County. Smalley, Dick, Dobson, Higgins,
		Gibson, R. Jones, Farmer, Briscoe, Costley, Eyton Jones, Fleming.
		reserves - Nidd, Falls.
		Mr R. L. Nickson to be requested to umpire for & assist in
		management 'Reserve' team.
		Resolved to buy six new jerseys.
		Resolved that 3/- extra be charged for large stand on 10 inst.
		Resolved that hayseed be got & placed on the ground
		before each match when the ground be wet.
