1890 Committee Meeting held Monday June 30th 1890
Present Messrs Barclay (in the chair) Wilson, Jackson, Currier, Coates, Brooks,
Clayton, Williams, Howarth, Ramsay, Dr. Baxter and the Secretary.
Minutes of last two meetings read & confirmed.
Accounts Passed for payment amounting to £142.14.10.
Office Considerable discussion took place on the question brought forward by the Treasurer
as to the erection of an office on the Ground for use of the treasurers - It was
resolved that the Committee meet on the ground next Monday at 7-45 to
further discus the question.
Ground Resolved that Messrs Wilson & Ramsay see to all arrangements thereon at present.
Stores Resolved that the Secretary order Blue Serge @ 4/6 per yard as sample
for knickers & that he give Mr. Veale an order to make them at his
estimate of 3/6 per pair -

Programmes Resolved that in future this matter be left in the hands of Messrs Barclay & Williams
the proceed from sale of which shall be handed over to the club.
New Players Resolved that Messrs Brooks, Howarth & Currier with the President & Sec.
form a selection committee for the season & that they be empowered to engage

Abbott Resolved that this player receive a sum of 30/- in consideration of his
being out of employment.
A. Latta Resolved that the balance of wages due to this player to the end of Summer be
paid over to Mr. Jackson.
Bank Signatures Resolved that Messrs Wilson & Barclay be empowered to sign cheques & that their
names be sent to the Bank in addition to those already there.
