Morris's Benefit Match. A letter was read from the Sec. of the Bootle
Club asking for most of the Everton Players for this match
next Wednesday. As posters etc. were already out before the
letter was written, it was decided after long discussion
that the players be allowed to play if they wished but
that no member of the Com. had the right to promise or
to canvas the players of the Club without the consent previously
obtained, of the Committee.
Members proposed - It was decided that the membership was already
full, these names were therefore rejected.
League Meeting. Douglas Hotel Manchester Friday next at 6 P.M.
It was decided that Mr. Houlding & Mr. Currier go & a
strong feeling expressed that they should vote against
the admission of Sunderland & the readmission of Burnley
to the League.
Accounts to the amount of £57.1.11 were passed. This included
£2.19.6 fares to Bolton (Brogan's benefit) to be returned.
£3.-.- to Cox out of work was disputed.

Abbott. This player who is injured is to receive 10/- a week extra

Benefit Match to Farmer, Dick & Jolliffe. This subject was postponed.
Dry, Austin See Meeting April 8th. It was noted that these men were again
employed on Monday night.
