		Fleming, Nisbet, Ramsay.
		Secretary reported that Everton beat Padiham at
		Everton by 2 goals to nil. Team Smalley, Dobson, Dick,
		Higgins, R. Jones, Nidd, Farmer, Roach, Briscoe, Fleming
		& Eyton Jones. Referee Mr T. Evans.
		Second team drew with Tranmere Rovers at Tranmere.
		Team Jolliffe, James, W. H. Jones, Woods & 3 m?
		with Charteris, Costley, Douglas, Barlow, referee.
		Mr. Ramsay drew attention to the great loss sustained
		by this club in the sudden death of Mr. John
		Thwaites who had been an ardent supporter of
		the club for many years & moved that the club
		send a note of condolence to his widow
		together with a wreath of flowers as a tribute
		of their grief & esteem. Mr Jackson seconded
		carried unanimously.
