		Committee Meeting held 10th February 1890

		Present J. Houlding Esq. (in the chair) Messrs Wilson, Jackson,
		Currier, Williams, Ramsay, Clayton, Coates, Maxwell,
		Henderson, Fleming & Molyneux.

		Minutes of last meeting read & confirmed.

		Accounts amounting to £69.1.0 passed for payment.

		Match on 15th. The Secretary reported that he had arranged with
			the Glasgow Rangers to play here, giving them half gate
			with a guarantee of £30, with an agreement to play
			a return match at Glasgow on the same terms.

		W. Cox. Resolved that the arrangement made by the Secretary
			be confirmed viz to pay him 32/6 per week until 30th April.

		Finance. Resolved that a Sub-Committee be appointed consist-
			ing of Messrs Henderson, Maxwell & Fleming to deal
			with the finance of the Club & prepare particulars for
			General Committee Meeting to be held 7-30 each
			Monday evening.

		Stores. The Secretary was instructed to order new pants for
			Nidd. Orr & Abbott & 1 pair of Boots for Nidd.

		A. Dick. This player appeared in answer to summons and gave
			his reasons for not carrying out instructions given
			by the Secretary, & after the case receiving great
			consideration. It was resolved that another week
			suspension be inflicted upon him, making in all 2 weeks
			& that he be admonished by the Chairman for his conduct.

		D. Waugh & J. Weir were ordered to appear on Monday next.
EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
