		Derby County's protest. The Secretary reported that he had
			attended Council meeting to defend the case, & with the
			result that the protest was dismissed & Derby ordered to
			pay expenses for attendance of Secretary.

		West Bromwich matches. The Secretary was empowered to
			re-arrange dates for the League matches.

		Burnley match. The arrangement made by the Secretary to play
			    the League match on Feby 8th, was confirmed &
			    the Reserve team to play South Shore here.

		A. Dick. It was resolved that this player be suspended for
			a week & that he should appear before the Committee
			on Monday next to give an explanation why he refused
			to obey the orders of the Committee, when his case would
			receive further consideration.

		J. Holt applied to have the balance of loan (£15.10.0) remitted him
			but it was not granted. It was however resolved that
			he be allowed to refrain from further repayments until 1st May.

		Cup Tie. It was resolved that the team selected last week play
			in this match & that they go to Stoke on Friday night.
