		A. Brady - The Secretary reported that in accordance with
		the resolution of emergency Committee, he had attended
		Ass. meeting in London, but as they refused to reopen
		the question his services were not required.

		Present Messrs Houlding (chair), Jackson, Maxwell,
		Wilson, Ramsay, Clayton, Brooks & Williams.

		The minutes of last meeting were read & confirmed.

		Accounts:- Elliot's tender (recommended by the
		Sub-Com.) for extending new stand & erecting a new
		exit gate at East End of ground was accepted.
		Bills to the amount of £68.11. - were passed.

		Resolved that the Bank Manager receive a stand
		season ticket.

		W. B. Walton:- After reading correspondence it was
		resolved that this player be registered at ten shillings
		per week - first payment next Friday.

		Repairs to Railings &c caused by the slight accident on
		Saturday. It was decided that Messrs Wilson & Ramsay
		be requested to see these made temporarily secure & the
		consideration of further alterations be postponed.
EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
