		Lancashire Cup. In this competition Everton is drawn
		against Witton the latter having choice of ground.
		Witton elected to play on Everton's ground, next
		Saturday (the last day of the round) & all negotia-
		tions having failed, the Everton Secretary scratched the
		match. This action was approved.

		Baths. Mr. Ramsey announced that 1st class
		hot baths were available at Boroughs Gardens
		at 8d per head, & it was agreed that those of the
		team wishing should have tickets for these
		from time to time.

			Meeting held Monday November 4th 1889

		Present Messrs Wilson (in the chair), Flemming, Henderson,
		Ramsay, Brooks, Maxwell, Jackson & Williams & later
		Messrs Coates & Currier. Mr. Molyneux & Mr. Clayton were
		with the 1st Team at Burnley.

		Minutes of last Meeting & the explanations of Holt
		& Gearey were read & considered satisfactory.

		Lancashire Cup. It was reported that the scratching
		of this match with Witton had been disallowed
		& that the match would be played on Wednesday
		next at Everton at 2.45.

		Account to the amount of £46.18.8 were passed.
EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
