		Kirkwood. A very favorable report of improvement in
		this players performance at Glasgow was made by Sec.

		Election of two members of Committee in place of Messrs.
		Barclay & Howarth. The following were proposed:-
			Mr. Henderson	prop	Mr. Wilson sec.	Mr. Berry
			"   Maxwell	"	"   Wilson "	"   Berry
			"   Stockton	"	"   Ramsey "	"   Houlding
			"   Albert Smith"	"   Brooks "	"   Ramsey
		On a vote being taken the result was announced by
		the Chairman as Henderson 10 Maxwell 8 Stockton 2
		A Smith 2. Messrs Henderson & Maxwell were declared elected.

		Insurance. It was announced that £6.0.0 had been
		offered & accepted by the Secretary as allowance from
		the Insurance Company on account of J. Weir.
		The acceptance was approved.

		Insurance. Prop. Mr. Molyneux seconded Mr. Currier
		"That Mr. R. Wilson take charge of all corres-
		pondence & in connection with the insurance of
		players.
