		Committee meeting held Tuesday October 1st 1889

		Present Mr. R. Wilson (in the chair) Currier, Coates, Clayton, Brooks,
			Ramsay, Jackson, Fleming & Molyneux - J. Houlding Esq.

		Minutes -	of last meeting read & confirmed.

		Accounts - Read out & signed by Chairman including
			   H. Hallard £5.8.6 - W. Edmonds 13/-.

		Mr Ramsay - Resolved that he should have an equal vote (as Mr
			      Houldings nominee) with any other member of Committee.

		A. Brady -  The Secretary reported the result of Association
			   meeting & it was resolved that a vote of thanks be
			   tendered to him for his successful endeavours.

		Re. Parry - The Secretary reported that Parry was in some financial
			   difficulty & it was resolved that the sum of ten
			   pounds be given to him as a present in order to
			   settle his affairs.

		Re Whitaker - Resolved that a letter be sent thanking him for his
			      services & regretting that they could not engage
			      him as a Pro.

		L'Pool Association - Resolved that D.Doyle to be nominated to play
				  in match Renfrewshire v District Oct 12th.

		Boys admission -   League matches & extra matches the charge
				shall be three pence.

		Teams -  Derby County match. Smalley, Hannah, Doyle,
			Parry, Holt, Farmer, Latta, Kirkwood, Geary,
			Chadwick & Milward.
EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
