		Mr. Houlding in the Chair.
		Messrs Wilson, Coates, Currier, Brooks,
		Howarth, Molyneux, Jackson,
		Fleming, Barclay & Ramsay.

		The minutes of last meeting read
		and confirmed.

		The treasurer authorised to borrow from
		Mr. Houlding the sum of £200
		making £800 in all.

		The Secretary reported that Groves had
		declined through a Solicitor to fulfil
		his agreement with the Club.
		Also the receipt of a letter from
		the Chairman of the Burnley F.C 
		alleging that Brady had signed
		an agreement for that club and
		also the professional form, which
		however had been lost. Both matters
		left in the hands of the Sub Committee.

		The Committee met Mr. Hallard and
		Mr Elliott and considered with them
		various plans for improving the
		new covered stand. Elliott
		instructed to prepare estimates.

		Mr. Howarth announced that owing
		to having received an appointment
		in America he had to give notice
		of his intention to resign at

202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
