		Committee Meeting held Monday 26 June 1889.
			J. Houlding Esq. in the chair.
		Present Messrs Barclay, Jackson, Wilson, Fleming,
		Coates, Molyneux, Williams, Currier, Clayton,
		Howarth.
		The minutes of the previous meeting were read
		& confirmed.
		The Secretary then submitted a series of Bye laws
		for the control of the teams which were discussed
		& confirmed and ordered to be printed.

Players		The following resolutions were adopted.
		That the President & Secretaries be appointed for the
		purpose of securing players for the club.

Bootle Match	That the secretary be empowered to arrange
		a match with Bootle for the Xmas Bank Holiday
		at half gate terms the question of home & home
		engagement to be considered subsequently.

New Members	Mr. Wm Leece 1 Woodhouse St. & Major John McCabe
		88 Lambeth Rd. were duly elected members of the club.

Financial matter That the financial matter be deferred until
		Monday next.

Committee meeting That the Committee meet every Monday evening
		at 7.30 instead of 8 O'clock.

		That the club join the Lancashire Association.

EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
