Letter read from Mr. Houlding
re sale of ground.
Proposed by Mr. Barclay seconded
by Mr. Stockton, that having read
the letter of Mr. John Houlding
dated the 20th inst, this committee
considers it desirable in the
interest of the club, to take
immediate steps to form a Limited
Liability Coy. for the purpose of
acquiring the Everton Football Ground
and that for this purpose the
members present act as a Sub
committee to confer with Mr. Houlding
and report.

Weir to be requested to arrive before
the Committee and State his case.
Mr. Berry to write to Mr. Buttell and
request an immediate settlement
in reference to guarantee payments
received by him.
