			R. Wilson Esq. in the chair.

		Present Messrs Ramsay, Brookes,
		Richards, Stockton, Fleming, Howarth,
		T. Marriott & Barclay.

		The minutes of last meeting were
		read and confirmed.

		Letter from Mr Gunning resigning
		his official connection with the club
		deferred.

		Resolved that messrs Henderson
		and Webster audit the accounts
		up to the period of Mr Marriotts
		resignation.

		The Secretary reported that the
		league match with the Rovers had
		to be replayed.

		Resolved that a duplicate ticket
		be issued to Mr W. Martin who
		had lost his.

		Resolved that a Sum of £35 be
		voted to the players for services
		rendered in extra matches. Messrs
		Brookes, Howarth, Stockton and
		Barclay to see to division of the money.
EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
