		Present John Houlding Esq. in the Chair
			     and
		Messrs Wilson, Jackson, Ramsay
		T. Marriott, Barclay & Howarth.

		Read and confirmed the minutes of
		last meeting.

		The Secretary reported that the Sub
		Committee appointed to obtain tenders
		for the erection of stands etc on
		the Club's ground, had met on
		several occasions - that Mr.
		Henry Hallard had prepared
		plans and specifications and
		had agreed to superintend the
		work, and that the sub committee
		had finally accepted the tender
		of Messrs Bulcock amounting
		to Seven hundred and Sixty two
		pounds (£762).

		Mr. Wilson reported that the Sub
		committee appointed to look after
		finances had been unable to
		obtain the necessary documents
		and consequently could not
		make any report to the general
		committee.

		Resolved that the finance committee
		meet weekly and that the treasurer
EVENTS
202 The possibility of playing baseball at the ground was considered. The ground was felt to be unsuitable.
232 Photograph of players taken at Sunderland. In was agreed that each player should have a copy. The team names: 1st and 2nd team were adopted.
243 £100 to be paid to Mr Houlding towards the Club’s loan account with him.
273 Gordon had to promise to keep in proper condition to play football
274 12 medals were ordered from Vaughton and sons.
