The Everton Collection is housed at Liverpool Record Office. Access to the Collection remains open to the public, subject to terms below:
1. To arrange a viewing of items in the Collection, Record Office staff must be given 48 hours notice.
2. The Everton Club Minute Books are available on microfilm.
3. When an item has been digitised (when you can see an image of the item on the website) the original item will not be available to view at Liverpool Record Office.
4. Access to The Everton Collection is only granted to accredited readers. To become an accredited reader please bring proof of name and address. See Liverpool Record Office Registration Form. You will be asked to leave any bags in lockers before consulting original material.
6. Special permission from The Everton Collection Charitable Trust is required to view any fragile, valuable or sensitive material in the Collection.
7. For copyright reasons, special permission is required from The Everton Collection Charitable Trust to copy any material in the Collection by digital or any other means.
To prepare for the Central Library Redevelopment, Liverpool Record Office has now moved to Kirkdale until winter 2012. Our new address is:
