Anfield Split - The Move to Goodison

The first AGM after the split was held on 17 May 1892. Mahon made a statement of the events from 15 September 1891 to the present which met with 'entire approval' so strong was his support. It was resolved to form the Club into a Limited Liability Company and issue shares. On 13 June the Memorandum and Articles of Association were signed and on 27 June the Club's affairs were handed over to the Company.
