The minutes for 29 July 1909 record that Mr Bainbridge and Mr Wade reported the details of the tour, but unfortunately the Secretary didn't write them down! Although he did record that the directors' expenses of £250 were agreed. Everton obviously enjoyed the tour as, almost a year later on 25 May 1910, the Secretary sent a telegram congratulating Argentina on reaching a century as a republic.
