In the build up to the 2011 John Smith's Grand National, Everton Collection displays were on show during Aintree's 'Liverpool Day'. Supporting Everton in the Community's £10,000 Lotto draw, the displays filled the designated 'Everton' tent which sat alongside the Liverpool tent in Aintree's Equestrian Centre.
The Liverpool tent had the European Cup on display, whilst Everton displays included old boots, balls, shirts and rattles, along with information stands and images from the Collection.
The Everton displays proved extremely popular with the local crowds, taking many on a journey back to Everton's glory years!
