Paul Cookson will be delivering more school poetry sessions in 2010. Paul's sessions will take place at Liverpool Central Library on:

Wednesday 17th March FULLY BOOKED!
Thursday 18th March FULLY BOOKED!
Sessions last for two hours and are suitable for Key Stage 2 pupils. Pupil's will hear Paul perform some of his favourite and funniest poems before writing and performing a poem of their own.
After Paul's session the Everton Collection's Learning Officer will take your class on a tour of the Everton Collection exhibition. The tour includes opportunities to handle objects from the Collection and to dress up, making cross-curricular links to the Literacy Strategy and History and Citizenship Curriculum. There are two sessions a day and each session can accomodate up to 60 pupils.
Places are free but limited so please book early to make sure your school doesn't miss out. All our March sessions are now booked but please keep checking the website or register to find out about future sessions.
